Dr. Charles has extensive managerial experience in Occupational Health and for the last seven years has served on the Board of Directors for companies within the Occupational Health and Safety industry.  She is responsible for implementing and controlling all policies and procedures carried out at the organization.
 
Over the past 15 years, Dr. Charles has also gained knowledge and experience in the fields of Occupational Health, Nursing, Health Training and Management. She is qualified in Occupational Health, Nursing and Higher Education. In addition, Dennies tutors for the NEBOSH Certificate and Diploma courses.






Mr. Syd Sears MSc, FRSH, CMIOSH, MIIRSM
Director of Operations

Mr. Sears is an experienced Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner and Occupational Hygienist. He holds an MSc in occupational health and hygiene from Manchester University Faculty of Medicine. He has 35 years of work experience, with an engineering and science background, including over 25 in health and safety, providing practical advice and guidance to Further and Higher Education establishments, Local and National Governments and service and
manufacturing industries. He has also undertaken consultancy work in East Africa, Central Africa, the Middle East and the Caribbean.

Syd has lectured extensively in the UK on a range of Occupational Safety and Health programmes, is an examiner for NEBOSH and resides on committees and working groups on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene (FOH) of the British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS).

Mr. Damian Sancho, BSc, Dip. NEBOSH, Grad IOSH
Health, Safety and Environment Manager

Mr. Sancho, brings over 10 years experience in the fields of Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Management to the team. He has worked in many companies in this industry such as Lake Asphalt Trinidad and Tobago Limited, Caribbean ISPAT Limited, Imperial College of London and the Institute of Technology London.

Damian has a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety and Environmental Studies and a National Diploma in Health and Safety from NEBOSH. He is also a graduate member of the Institution of Safety and Health (IOSH) and provides services to various educational institutions in Trinidad and the UK as a Health and Safety Consultant by delivering IOSH accredited risk management and OSHA legislation training to managers.
