Advisory Team / Consultants

Mr. Winston Hendrickson MSc, MBARQA, MSRP, CMIOSH Consultant
Mr. Hendrickson holds a M.Sc. in Applied Radiation Physics, B.Sc. in Physics and the NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (Part 1 & 2).  He is a Member of the British Association on Research Quality Assurance (MBARQA) as well as the Society for Radiological Protection (MSRP) and a certified Quality Auditor (ISO9001: 2000). He has held various managerial and advisory positions in England within the health, safety and environmental disciplines and has 3 related publications to his credit.

Mr. David Millette - LEC, LLB, BA                    
Consultant
Mr. Millette is an attorney at law; he has done extensive work on Health and Safety Legislation, in the UK and Trinidad and Tobago. He has a Certificate in Legal Education (LEC) Certificate Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons), Bachelors of Art (BA) (Hons) and a Certificate in Communication Art (Journalism)
He has undertaken training on the NEBOSH Diploma, Environmental Diploma, Construction and Fire Certificate and General Certificate and has worked in Legal Organizations, providing legal advice.





Harold Oxley MSc, LFOH
Consultant

Mr. Oxley holds a B.Sc (General) from U.W.I and M.Sc in Occupational Hygiene from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and is a Licentiate in the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene of the British Occupational Hygiene Society (LFOH).  He has 11years experience as a Factory Inspector with special responsibility for occupational hygiene matters in the Ministry of Labour,

Barbados and for the past 5 years has been a private Occupational Environmental Hygiene Consultant. Mr. Oxley is also a Trainer/ Examiner for NEBOSH.




Mr. Ian Taylor MSc, AIEMA, CMIOSH        
Consultant

Mr. Taylor holds a Masters Degree in Health Safety and Environmental Management.  He is a Chartered member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) a Registered Safety Practitioner and an Associate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). He spent 30 years as an Aircraft Engineer before moving into Health Safety and Environment fifteen years ago.  He teaches the full range of National Examination Board in Occupational Safety & Health (NEBOSH) and IOSH courses and is a regular tutor for IOSH at the Grange in Leicester.




Mr. Paul Harvey LRIC, MIIRSM, Grad IOSH
Consultant

Paul Harvey is an experienced, UK-qualified consultant and trainer with years of experience in providing advice, support and training to industry in health safety and the environment.

In addition to running his own consultancy, he works as an associate with ACT, Stourbridge, Deeside College, North Wales and is a registered trainer with EEF, Woodland Grange, both of which are highly respected UK training providers.

He specializes in Courses which lead to UK qualifications awarded by NEBOSH and IOSH.  In addition, he has delivered training to prepare candidates for the Environmental Management Certificate awarded by IEMA (UK).
