- Devote appropriate resources to facilitate the development of new and innovative services for the benefit of clients.
- Seek partnerships with appropriate organisations with a view to furthering PAL’s Mission.
- Provide a supportive environment for all our staff and associates so as to help them develop a rewarding career and provide the highest level of service to PAL’s Clients.
- We understand that every client is different, and of course each will regard
health and safety management in his/her unique way. - When you first make contact with a PAL representative, we will take great
interest in helping you clarify your current situation and your specific needs.
- We do not engage in high-pressure selling but place great emphasis on listening to our clients so that we get a really clear view of their needs and expectations, as any good PAL should.
